Layout & Cost Calculation

You submit a vector drawing (DXF, DWG, CDR up to 2018, AI, PDF) at 1:1 scale with closed contours. Our engineer verifies the file, and we generate an accurate cost estimate. Don't have a layout? We'll create one for you!

Test Sample

Before starting full production, we manufacture and approve a prototype. This allows us to verify tolerances, the tightness of interlocking parts (tongue-and-groove/joints), and the quality of the final cut.

Production Launch

Once the sample is approved, the batch goes into production. Our industrial machines (1500×1000 mm working bed) ensure fast cutting and absolute part-to-part repeatability across the entire production run.

Quality Control

The finished batch undergoes inspection to ensure full compliance with the technical specifications.

Packaging & Shipping

We provide complete kit assembly with all required components. The batch is securely packaged for safe transit and dispatched to your warehouse strictly according to the agreed schedule.
